Yoga and Wellness
Our yoga classes are gentle and inclusive. An amazing way to support both the physical and emotional wellbeing of older adults. Sessions are carefully adapted – often using chairs or simple standing movements – so that seniors of all abilities can take part.
Our Yoga sessions
The focus is on improving mobility and balance, while encouraging relaxation through calming breathing exercises and mindfulness. These Yoga sessions are designed to reduce feelings of isolation and boost positivity through self awareness.
